Bare Elegance
This bike was featured on Hot Bike cover November 2001 and is owned by Mike O'Connor of Mitchell, South Dakota. It is painted House of Kolor Sunset pearl by Brad Smith and everything was smoothed and molded.
This bike was built on a Daytec softail frame and has 2" Stretch and 38 Degree Rake. The Tanks and Dash on this bike have created a stir for Klock Werks. Chris took this one on and has countless hours logged in fabrication to prove it. The tanks are stretched 7 inches and the dash features a Dakota Digital guage under a flush lens. It has a Legend Air-Ride supsension which allows the PM Villian wheels to tuck up into the Strutless rear fender.
A 180 Metzeler takes the heat from a full polished 107" TP hooked to a Baker Six Speed.
The exhaust exits thru a Bassani 2 into 2 Exhaust System and it sucks air via a Mikuni 42mm carb and Forcewinder Air Cleaner. The One of a Kind Klock Werks Motor mount houses the plug wires, air switches, key and start button. Controls are all Performance Machine as are Brakes. This is a great ride and one of the most popular bikes we've built and did we mention our first ever cover bike! Fun Stuff...
