Gary Schmidt's Chopper
This bike was created for Gary Schmidt of Sioux Falls.
It is based on a Paul Yaffe Rigid frame with 2" Stretch in the backbone, 6" in the downtubes and 40 degrees of Rake mated to Perse six degree raked trees. The ultimate in easy steering and handling is transmitted thru 10 over tubes with Deuce legs and a Dakota Billet flush mount axle.
It rolls on PM Villian Wheels and is stopped by their brakes as well. The motor is genuine HD Twin Cam as is the transmission. Exhaust is handled by the Crack Pipes. It features a custom Rear Fender/Strut Configuration that Dan Cheeseman fabbed at our shop. The tank has been extended per Gary's request and will dip into the seating area. The custom tweak bar/fender (kinda) for the front is something hammered out at our shop as well.
