Big Mike's Chopper
Mike Van Hove's larger than life chopper fits his muscular size and is based on a special order frame. It features incredible fit and finish, 8 up, 3 out and a 40 Degree Neck. It features Six degree raked trees, 14" over Duece legs with a custom fork brace and a Dakota Billet flush mount front axle.
The motor is a 126" S&S fire breathing beast! This bike is capable of putting out over 150HP at the rear wheel. It breathes thru a polished Mikuni 48mm carb, topped by a Wimmer Air Cleaner and Breather system and spits the exhaust out a Martin Bros. 2 into 1 pipe that has been Jet Hot coated. The Baker 5 Speed puts the power to the ground after it is transmitted via the BDL Top Fuel Belt Drive system. I think Mike works out just to be able to hang on to this thing - it Rocks!
The Handlebars our the "Breaker" Bars by Klock Werks with an integrated Dakota Digital guage. Performance Machine supplied the hand and forward controls as well as the best brakes in the business. The House of Kolor Saveltron Silver mix was shot by our own James Mayer and then he also applied the tribal graphics designed by Rian Mentele.
Danny Gray was called upon to match up a one off seat and what a great job they did again! The bike features other details like the reverse radius plate mount, custom motor mount, tank mounts, flush gas cap and more that has become a trademark of our Kustoms. The bike rolls on Xtreme Machine chrome wheels and Avon Tires. It tears at the ground thru and Exile Sprocket/Brake setup and the toughest chain we could find.
